Year 6 turn up the heat in their Leiths cookery lessons
Following on from two introductory lessons spent perfecting the irresistible scone with jam and a proper scrambled egg, Year 6 have started the course for real with an American-style breakfast. Bacon with maple syrup, pancakes and a choice of scrambled egg or omelette were served up with a fresh fruit smoothie.
Rebecca Landshoff, Head of Food and Nutrition was impressed with the variety of fruits being added to their blenders and with their growing confidence:
