Students pass culinary courses with flying colours
All of our Upper Sixth students achieved a Merit (between 60-79%) in their CTH level 3 extended professional cookery qualification, and all achieved a pass in their Leiths exam.
Our Leiths students' cookery skills have been on show throughout their two-year course at St Mary's Sixth Form. From scrumptious afternoon teas and scones to canapés, their delicious fare has become a common and very well-received sight at events at St Mary's. We hope they take their newly-sharpened culinary skills with them and put them to good use as they leave St Mary's.
