Sixth Form joins big Biology buzz
Our Sixth Form Biology students demonstrated their expertise in Biology on Saturday 14 October at the Big Biology Day – an event run at Hills Road Sixth Form College, aimed at students of all ages who are fascinated with Biology.
Our girls had a fantastic opportunity to host a number of activities at the event. St Mary’s School, Cambridge ran various sessions from making model flowers and looking at invertebrates under microscopes to making sodium alginate colourful beads and making lactose free milk. The Sixth Form students represented the school fantastically, explaining the different experiments with great confidence to the students and adults who attended the event. Well done to our Sixth Form biologists!
