Men who lunch
On Friday 3 March the Ladies Who Lunch group welcomed Mr Noel Guina in to school for the lunchtime careers talk – Mr Guina being the first male guest at one of these sessions. He talked about his interesting career working for the British Merchant Navy and doing an incredible amount of travelling, then working for Her Majesty’s Diplomatic Service and working internationally in countries including Baghdad, US, Uganda, Poland, and Canada. Mr Guina explained the sort of information he can and can't release to the general public, and shared his story of having met Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and many other royals in different countries, and even being made a member of the Royal Victorian Order by the Queen in Kenya. Thank you so much to Mr Guina for taking the time to visit the school and talk to the girls.
