International Day of the Girl

On Tuesday 11 October we joined the international community in celebrating the fifth annual International Day of the Girl. Proudly, as the only all-girls school in Cambridgeshire, we asked the Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form girls to join in the global movement to stand in solidarity with girls around the world. Whether that means supporting girls’ rights to education, recognising women’s achievements in sports, business, politics, or humanitarian work, for example, or campaigning for gender parity in the workplace, we have asked each of the girls to tell us who her #GirlHero is.
