Girls enjoy Skype learning experience with Spanish school
We have been keeping contact with a school in Madrid to exchange projects as a means of enriching the mutual learning of languages. At the moment, this is done through Skype lessons (we did our second lesson last Friday). In this lesson our girls had the opportunity to ask the students in Spain some questions about Spanish culture and the weather. The girls were excited about having the chance to practise in a 'real life' situation what we have been learning in our Spanish lessons. The girls particularly enjoyed an unexpected flamenco dancing performance by two of the Spanish girls. In return, our girls sang one of the songs from the Summer Concert. It really was an enriching experience for both sides to consolidate this international relationship.
