Giraffes are everywhere - out and about around Cambridge and on the radio!

Although our 1.5m tall giraffe, dressed up like a strawberry ice cream, needs no introduction, we were delighted to talk to Julian Clover from Cambridge 105 radio to tell listeners more about our contribution to the Cambridge Standing Tall exhibition, in aid of the charity Break, and what ‘Miraffe’, means to St Mary's.

Listen to our art scholars on "Giraffe of the Week" to hear about the inspiration behind their design for the St Mary's giraffe, what it means to them to be an active part of our local community, and what 125 years of  education at St Mary's School means to young women. All that history and learning, sharing and giving, wrapped up in a giraffe decorated like an ice cream!
