Cross Country achievements for Senior School students

Students who took part in the District Cross Country Championships early in December performed extremely well, with some fantastic individual results. Eight Year 7 girls ran in the minors’ race, all finishing and enjoying the experience. The junior girls, comprising of Year 8 and Year 9 runners, performed well with Millie R. securing first place, and Kilda M. placing 10th. Joining Millie and Kilda in the county round in Ely were all of the school’s intermediate runners; Matilda T. finished second, Beth W. finished seventh and Lucy C. finished 13th. The senior girls also saw Annie Q., Sixth Form games captain, secure first place in her individual run.
