Cows about that then!
We are delighted to be part of the Cows about Cambridge project which is organised by Wild in Art, together with children’s charity Break, and Principal Partner, Cambridge Business Improvement District (BID).
As part of the project we ran a 'mini moo' competition with our Senior School students. As a result we had forty wonderful, creative and thoughtful entries for our School. We were delighted with both the students' efforts, and the number of entries for the competition.
We are delighted to announce we had three winners: Bella T. (Y12), Karla C-C. (Y8) and Elanaz M. and two runners up: Amelia H. (Y8) and Elena B. (Y7).
These students will go on to form the mini moo design and creation team with Ms Conroy alongside two Junior School students nominated by the Junior School artist in- residence - Ms Emily Kew.
We look forward to welcoming our mini on Friday 8 November to St Mary's.
Rather fittingly she has been lovingly named 'Mary Moo' after our Foundress Mary Ward.
