Cooking pheasant a 'game-changer' for Year 10
Thanks to Taste of Game, who sent us some free pheasants, Year 10 students had the ‘game-changing’ opportunity to debone and cook pheasants last week. They served the pheasants with salsa verde, ciabatta and salad. For some of the girls this was the first time they had tried this local meat, and it was almost certainly a first for them to debone one!
