Art and Photography private view

Last Thursday evening the Art and Design department hosted the annual ‘private view’ – an exhibition to showcase GCSE, A Level and Art scholars’ creativity. Parents, students, governors and staff were hugely impressed by the work on display, which comprised a wide variety of disciplines ranging from traditional aspects of Art and Design such as painting, print and sculpture, to more contemporary work like illustration and lens based media. The private view remains a wonderful opportunity for the wider school community to celebrate the creativity of the girls. Thank you to everyone involved, in particular the Art and Design department members of staff for their work throughout the year as they inspire and support the girls in their work.
